Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
  • Products showing signs of use, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Consumable items and spare parts unless defective upon delivery.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
