Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • For deliveries outside India, please contact our support team before placing an order.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Kerala: 2–5 business days
  • South India: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Delivery Inspection

  • If the package appears damaged, take photos before opening and contact WattWare support within 24 hours of delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Large Equipment Deliveries

  • Certain commercial kitchen equipment may require special handling or freight services.
  • Delivery may be limited to ground-floor or accessible locations unless otherwise agreed.
